    I had a fantastic stay! The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the city center, and having an IGA right below was a lifesaver. The apartment was spacious and so comfortable, complete with a washing machine and dryer, which was great after traveling. Plus, the staff were helpful and friendly!

    The kitchen lighting could be brighter for cooking. the views were pretty limited, as we faced another apartment block, but it didn’t really bother us too much. it was a solid experience!

Further, it was just off buses, cabs and markets, restaurants, the central markets, CBD and lots of eateries and pubs and cafes, restaurants, transport, parks and the market...

    During my recent transit stay at Avani Adelaide Residences, I found the location convenient, only 2.1 km from Adelaide Parklands Terminal. The spacious One Bedroom Superior Suite was well-equipped with a full kitchen, allowing me to prepare meals effortlessly. I also enjoyed the good breakfast at Edesia Adelaide, which was a perfect way to fuel up before my travels.

    The only minor drawback was that the bed, while comfortable, felt a bit on the hard side for my liking. this didn’t significantly detract from my positive experience at the hotel.

    Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Adelaide. The property's location was good and ideal, close to restaurants. It was also just next door to a cinema, golf simulator, pool, sauna, gym and library, the mall, and the Adelaide central markets.

    Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Avani Adelaide Residences during the Adelaide Fringe Festival. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Central Market and Rundle Mall. We loved the clean, well-stocked apartment with stunning views from the 21st floor. The air conditioning and heated pool were lifesavers in the heatwave, and the attentive staff made our experience even better.
